Booking and cancellation conditions
Please note that our booking conditions apply to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
Our cancellations conditions for summer 2024 are as follows:
cancellation until 14 days before the date of arrival: free of charge
cancellation 13- 0 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total agreed price
no show or early departure: 70% of the total agreed price
To secure the bookings we need either the credit card details (number and expiry date) or a deposit to our bank account.
Our experience shows that things do not always turn out as expected. To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees and anger, we recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance of the European Travel Insurance. You can conclude the insurance yourself online here.
Wellness & spa
A spacious wellness & spa area with infrared cabin, steam bath, sauna and relaxation room with wonderful view to the mountains is waiting for you.
Free of charge
Free entry to the local swimming pool Panorama Badewelt with indoor and outdoor pools. Free bike rental and free parking directly at the hotel. Free use of buses and trains with our guest card. Free wifi in the whole hotel.

Check-in: 3 pm to 9 pm
Check-out: 8 am to 11 am
